Dr Maria Araque

Dr Maria Araque works at CDIC as a dentist providing general treatment, placing great importance on effective communication and keeping her patients fully informed. She has had the opportunity to gain experience in both, public and private practices and has developed special interest in surgery, implants and cosmetic dentistry. She was born and trained as a Dentist in Caracas, Venezuela and just before moving to Australia, she spent some time working in a Private Practice in the Amazon Forest treating indigenous communities and assisting them with their dental and oral health. She is fluent in Spanish as well as English. Maria frequently attends continuing education courses to keep up to date with the latest technologies and advancements to provide the best possible care for her patients. Maria enjoys working at the CDIC, it’s friendly environment and commitment to providing the very best standard of dental care without compromise. She is passionate about working individually with each patient to achieve optimum dental health and focuses on creating long term relationships with patients providing the gentlest dental care possible. Maria loves spending time with her husband who is a civil engineer and Kira her dog, a Samoyed. She enjoys horseback riding, skiing and scuba diving.
