Hillel’s initial implant restorative and surgical training were at the Branemark Centre in Perth, WA, under the guise of Professor Patrick Henry, one of the world’s leading educators in Implant Dentistry and Professor at the University of Western Australia. At the Branemark Centre over a period of 6 years, Hillel was trained to perform both the restorative and surgical phases of implant dentistry, as well as advanced full jaw rehabilitation techniques including the “All on Four” (2004) and “Branemark Novum” (2001) procedures.
Nowadays, Dr. Hillel New lectures and trains dentists for the Swiss Implant company, Straumann, he has also been contracted as a ‘Key Opinion Leader’ to the Multinational ‘3M’ company to train and lecture on the techniques required to place ‘Mini Dental Implants’.

Dr. MISAGH HABIBI, BDSc (WA), GradDipClinDent (Sedation) Syd., MSc (Oral Implantology) Frankf., FICOI (DENTAL SURGEON & IV SEDATIONIST)
Dr. Misagh Habibi is a West Australian dentist exclusively providing Implantology and Dento-alveolar/perio-plastic reconstructive surgery services. His procedures cover a wide range of dental implants, bone, sinus, and soft tissue grafting procedures, and cosmetic rehabilitation. He sees patients directly as well as by referral from other dentists.
As Director of the All On Four Clinic Perth, Misagh is passionate about the benefits of the All-on-4 method of immediate dental implant restoration for patients with advanced or hopeless dental disease, and for patients who want to avoid dentures or get rid of their dentures. Supported by an experienced team of surgical and support staff and skilled dental technicians, Misagh performs All-on-4 and All-on-4 Plus dental implant reconstructions in Perth. In the last few years, Misagh and his chosen lab team have innovated the “All On 4 Plus Ti” method of teeth replacement, allowing for a permanent full arch immediate titanium hybrid restoration, providing a more efficient and cost-effective means of achieving a permanent titanium-based set of All-on-4, All-on-4 Plus or All-on-4 Plus Zygoma teeth. The technique and results of his method are currently the topic of a research project and master thesis being supervised by Dr. Habibi.
Dr Misagh Habibi completed his dental degree from the University of Western Australia in 1999. Since that time he has achieved several postgraduate degrees and qualifications, namely a Graduate Diploma in Sedation and Pain Control from Sydney University and a Master of Science in Oral Implantology from Frankfurt University in Germany. He is also a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and a member of multiple professional organizations including the Australian Society for Implant Dentistry, the International Team for Implantology, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the Australian Dental Association and the Australian Osseointegration Society. He served many years as an Honorary Clinical Consultant at the University of Western Australia, and (Dental) IV Sedationist for the Oral Health Centre of Western Australia Department of Oral Surgery. Misagh is an international Clinical and Academic Supervisor for Master of Oral Implantology students at Geothe University, Frankfurt Germany.
As Director of the Dental Implant Education & Training Institute in Perth, Misagh has trained multiple dentists in various aspects of modern dental implantology. His program has consisted of 9 intensive days of lectures, workshops, and live surgeries. He also acts as a mentor for referring dentists in their treatment planning and execution of complex and cosmetic rehabilitative implant dentistry. Misagh continues his own commitment to professional development and has traveled extensively to receive personal training from various experts around the world.
Misagh has devised a methodology for immediate, single or multiple dental implant placements into infected tooth sites, and has performed a successful clinical study and a master’s thesis outlining his technique. With this methodology, many patients who traditionally require several months of healing after a tooth extraction, and potentially bone grafting and further healing prior to dental implant replacement, are able to have implants and grafting performed immediately at the time of tooth removal, with high functional and cosmetic success.
Other professional interests in implantology are the use of short implants in atrophic (shrunken) jaw conditions, the use of zygomatic implants for patients lacking sufficient upper jaw (maxilla), and the use of L-PRF in oral soft tissue repair and advanced bone regeneration.
Misagh is the principal of Complete implant & Sedation Dentistry. His practice provides a diverse range of minor oral surgical, cosmetic, and general dental procedures. There is a focus on the use of IV Sedation (Sleep Dentistry) to ensure the optimal patient comfort for patients undergoing extensive or complex procedures, or for patients who are afraid of the dentist/suffering from dental phobia. Misagh and the team have developed an excellent reputation for helping nervous patients and those with previous problematic experiences at the dentist. They provide their service with a compassionate and understanding approach, a gentle manner, and an advanced range of clinical skills.
Having successfully placed thousands of dental implants including hundreds of full jaw implant reconstructions, many of which present as complex cases, Dr. Habibi is well positioned to look after your advanced implant treatment requirements.
